What a wonderful morning today. But this morning has its charm only because of the eminent personalities sitting amongst us. I am taking immense pleasure to welcome all the dignitaries on the Dias and dignitaries off the Dias I would also like to welcome all the participants who have gathered here to grace the occasion and are the actual celebrities of the day.

A warm welcome for the 2 days national level declamation contest. Its my pleasure to announce that we have galaxy of participants and speakers from various parts of the nation to grace the occasion.
