A few common business cultural aspects are now ruling the entire business fraternity across the globe. The cultural aspects are - maintenance of cultural diversity, and welcoming people across the globe within the company workforce. It is important to consider the political aspects of international market before allowing a global workforce. Different countries have different political scenarios, different policymaking, different kinds o human resource policies, different tax system, and different migration policies. Thus, all the political scenarios must be considered before analyzing the global business culture. In this context, communication plays an effective role in developing a global business culture. Both verbal and non-verbal communication is important in development. Communication explores the cultural needs and business requirements of a diversified workforce that leads to globalization.
The concept of globalization requires an economic connection among the countries. There must be flexibility in importing, exporting, outsourcing, and foreign business policies that improve the economic relationship among the countries. Beyond the border economic relationship establishes different cross-cultural institutions like business schools, universities, foreign conferences, meetings, and client-dealing organizations. All the institutions must be technically sound for maintaining sustainability in the economic relationship. For example- there must be an opportunity for video conferencing, a projector using, and cloud-based data recording system to record a wide range of customer data, client data, employee data, stakeholders data, and business partners' data. Developed countries like the USA, the UK, Canada, and Germany are well-equipped with updated technology.
On the contrary, a few developing countries like Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe are still technically not suitable. On the other hand, countries like India and China are growing fast in developing their technical aspects. To conclude, the globalization of business depends on intercultural communication with a proper understanding of international policies and technical aspects.
