Answer :

The forces that homogenize are as strong as the ones which heterogenic. The Internet, for example, enables the homogenizing power of English as the common language of the world. In the globally connected world, we might not be as homogenized as we presume. In a global environment, we want to see McDonald's and Starbucks anywhere in the world. This helps speakers of different small languages to communicate and create shared material. However, this same globalization enables people all over the world to experience cuisines of different nations. The connected world also enables one to explore various religions and spiritual paths which, because of geography, were previously out of control. During the past, the options had been very constrained by those which local spiritual teachers were capable of teaching and what local publishers were willing to print. The transnational flows of people, resources, goods, information, and culture recently increased drastically and transformed the world deeply. There are no barriers for your business in the software industry because you operate systems, and communicate with each other promptly. they buy material from one country.

Countries started to make it easy for others, and therefore global traffic has become easy, to export and import goods and services to your country. The preservation of cultural variation feeds countervailing and controversial reactions in a borderless world affected by economic globalization. Cowen argues that, while changes and potential losses imposed by globalization, including cultural differences, on local and traditional societies may prove disruptive and damaging, they can also lead to new opportunities. There are still a lot of countries around the world linked, so technical and knowledge development moves quickly .. Since knowledge also transfers so quickly, this means that in several days scientific advances made in Asia can be made in the United States. Cross-cultural communication is imperative for companies seeking to create a competitive advantage in the world market. Recent economic developments also highlight the need for organizations to improve the internal communications ability to detect external threats and manage them. The capacity for communication across cultural frontiers has gained increasing importance as society becomes more globally interconnected.

There does not seem to be any recent phenomenon of interaction between globalization and culture. We shape, in reality, a point of contention in literature as various theoretical points of view was formed to explore these interactions, particularly by influencing globalization on culture. Organizations encourage a diversity of culture within their organization, to adapt themselves to globalization. Cross-cultural acceptance is the standardization of exchange systems and countries. Organizations have used their corporate transactions across boundaries to standardize. Companies accept graduates and educational establishments worldwide. Organizations worldwide employ educated individuals. Besides, workers travel overseas to learn new facets of companies. Globalization helps businesses in their existing market to pursue fresh and skilled talent. For example, globalization, instead of Silicon Valley or Bangalore, provides companies the opportunity to explore technological talent in booming markets such as Berlin or Stockholm. International permits again allow businesses to hire employees in compliance in other countries without forming a legal entity to facilitate global hiring. Companies such as IBM, Microsoft, and Google link sophisticated computers and software applications. Besides, the value chain needs a certain degree of standardization. The benefits and challenges of cross-cultural enterprises change how a company is operating in various ways. When businesses want to become internationally, they must be prepared to alter domestic processes. This helps to satisfy new markets and to ensure the convenience and acceptance of their worldwide workers.
