Asian pacific american women have recognized the leadership potentials in themselves with focus on confidence, self accomplishments, honesty, leadership, thinking and analytical skills. There is a comparison between the leadership potential of asian pacific american woman and women leadership groups in the Hawai islands. The problems and shortcomings regarding the lack of educational opportunities and volunterring of women as leaders in the corporate organization to support the identity and individual perspectives of the women for their upliftment and well being in the society is being discussed. The women occupy less than 50% of the seats in the corporate job employment opportunities and less than 1% in the leadership areas in the job placements. They primarily hold value in terms of the ethnic, race and cultural similarities in the groups which empowers them to rule and coordinate according to the demand of the situation. Immigrant status appreciates the statisitics that 60% of the women are in management jobs provided that they are born in america and are asian pacific american women. The women in america viewed educational values and familiy upliftment and childbearing as a hindrance to the opportunity to appreciate jobs as compared to the hawai women who appreciate jobs despite these job problems. There is the development of the asian pacific american women leadership institute which is non-profit governmental organization working for the benefit of the mankind and humanity for the upliftment of the women in the society.
