Asian pacific american women have recognized the leadership potentials in themselves with focus on confidence, self accomplishments, honesty, leadership, thinking and analytical skills. There is a comparison between the leadership potential of asian pacific american woman and women leadership groups in the Hawai islands. The problems and shortcomings regarding the lack of educational opportunities and volunterring of women as leaders in the corporate organization to support the identity and individual perspectives of the women for their upliftment and well being in the society is being discussed.
