Team dynamics directly affect the productivity and effectiveness of a team. It takes into consideration the psychological aspects; Factors that contribute to team dynamics are communication between the team, segregating the duties, paying attention to details and above all knowing the team really well. Team dynamics are complex and depends on - many factors and their interaction. How the factors interact has a strong impact on the working environment and performance of thr members. When a team works in the same direction they tend to achieve goals easily. Otherwise, the boat may sail in the opposite direction.

In my professional life team dynamics helps plays a major role. I work in an audit firm and how well we gel with each other have a direct impact on our working. Everyone works on different aspects of auditing, the end result need to represent overall view taking into account all the dimensions.The environment in our office has been so friendly and helpful that we don't think we work for our positions. Though each one has been assigned individual roles and responsibilities but we make sure that we help each other in need.This not only makes us effective but builds trust and a sense of companionship.
