STD sexually transmitted disease STD that is basically the condition which usually spread through the sexual contact , caused by bacteria , viruses or by parasites . We have alot of examples of disease or conditions that are considered to be the STD like, HPV (human papillomavirus ) , chlamydia , gonrrhea, genital herpes .
We choose Syphilis for preparing the nursuing plan. Syphilis is the sexually transmitted disease that is caused by the bacteria named as Treponema pallidium and it can be transmitted by the sexual contact as every STD transmit , from mother to the new born if incase mother is having this syphilis .
a ASSESSMENT We can assist this condition by finding out the proper cause of this condition , Syphilis . The unprotected sex , infected sexual patner , multiple sex patners by take through their medicalhistory or by asking the details of their drug uses , urinary frequency , itching , precautions if they take any , history with any STDs .
Nursuing diagnosis plan - The positive blood for syphilis is the diagnosis , the risk for the infection that is transmitted by the by exposure , multiple sexual patners and may be unprotected sexual contact . The blood is taken for ELISA test and than the dark field analysis of that sample confirms the syphilis .
Interrupted family peocesses , risk of injury , maintenance of inefficient health are diagnoses for Syphilis .
The infection on the unborn child is diagnosed by the effect of Anxiety .
The syphilis has short and long term effects ,
short term effects are like small bumps which can grow on the skin , bones and may be on the organs , nervous system issues like headaches , meningitis are the short term effects of this STD .
Long term effects of this STD consist many issues like pelvic inflammatory disease or conditions , infertility , cervical cancer
Planning and implementaion for this condition of syphilis includes the way to deal with this STD in short and long term goals .
Evaluation- THe testing and checkups are as follows upto 3 months , benzathine penicillin G is given for this syphilis and test occur for both partners and get the prescription of medications , if someone is allergic to the penicillin then , the doxycycline should be given in case of medication of Syphilis .

c) Being a monogamous person , it won't help you to protect from STD , it may be the chance that your partner with whom you have sex during your sex has some another sexual partner or may be she \he has the causes and transmitted to you . Sometime STI spread without even the symptoms and you and your partner should be there for screening for STI before induce in any sexual intimation . That make clear that what is actual cause if you are monogamous and still diagnosed for STD. And always use the safer sex by using the condoms , gloves and dams for further precautions .
d) Trichomonas vaginalis is the infection or considered as the STI and it is mainly a anerobic and flagellated protozoan parasite infection and this is caused by the trichomoniasis .
It is easily transmitted through the unprotected sex in during the intercourse , with someone who is already infected with this infection . It can not be transmitted through the anal sex, or kissing cases.
Signs and symptoms are itching , redness , soreness of the genital parts and the improper urination is also the symptom of this infection , the discharge when changes its thickness and increase in the volume are the symptoms .
Treatment and assessment -
Diagnosed by just having the look of the vaginal fluid in case of women and in case of men the urine analysis is enough to diagnose . Further the rapid antigen tests and nucleic acid amplification tests are used to diagnosed .
Treatment involves the megadose of metronidazole or tinidazole and avoid the sex untill the infection is properly cured . Avoid alcohol, and regular for checkups from 2 weeks to 3-4 months after the treatment is done so that someone can not reinfect .
