For each problem listed above, what would be the symptoms and what would be the underlying problem?
1- If we talk about jewelry industry many sellers are selling different types of jewelry with different purity forms at a same price fooling people through online. This is the biggest problem and that person who is selling the low purity even becomes the competitors of each online jewelry player. jewelry sellers selling low purity sometimes gives the same design quoting high purity level of the item to the customer but actually the purity is very low, so the customer gets fooled. Such types of sellers spoil the market and eat up the business of other fair player selling high quality and high purity product.
2- Huge amount of transactions have to be done while purchasing jewelry whether online or offline. So there is chances of leakage of data or stealing of data can be done with the help of hackers through their systems in which they get to know information of the customers purchasing how much quantity, their address, their credit card numbers, debit card numbers, and many more things. These things are very much confidential still these types of data are stealed which becomes danger for the customer as well as for the owner of the business. Through cybercrimes only other crimes happen like murder and theft at homes.
3- As we know jewelry is made up of gold or silver mainly which is very precious metal and when such kind of delivery has to be done it has to go through several stages like customs and their packaging is done tightly with several wraps on it so that in between the transit no one can steal anything from it. FedEx mainly provides such kind of facility brilliantly because they send these products very fast through their first flight concept of delivery in which customer get their jewelry within two days only after ordering through online websites.
