Human technology interface is the interaction between human and technology.With the evoultion of technolgy health carehas faced may changes.It can be also explained asthe use of computer technology in all fields of health care. Some examples of these are cardiac monitoring system,electronic thermometers,intravenous pumps, PCA etc.

Each of these tachnologies are different and can even differ among differnt bands. Increased attention to improve the human technolgy interface has ledto some significat improvement in the areas of health care. Electronic medical records is an example of this.It has improvedthe quality of patient care and enhance the relatinship between the patient and the nurse.

In future, with the development of technolgy we can combine data on patient's medical history,real-time health,insurance coverage,and financial information. So, this will enable to access patients data andterfore medical coder can sit at home and even work thereby incresing the efficiency and productivity in future.
