Solutions

Expert Solution

In this movie communications network can be considered as centralized because there is no scope of two way communication between the employees and the top management of the company or any other discussions on any type of issues are no possible in this environment.

Communications here in this movie is always downward communications because the instructions given by the management are only to be obeyed by the staffs and no other options for them are left despite several problems.

in general , communications are of mixed type in the public outside organisations. It depends on the places to places or from situations to situations but mostly we can notice its an open communications only. closed ended or random communications are hardly possible because peoples are nowadays tech savvy and they very rarely wants to discuss something with others and thus open discussions are only possible in this type of situations.

In his management style he did,nt cared about the problems of the employees and thus it could be considered as authoritative management style which nowadays are becoming obsolete.
