Hospital is a place where a person is treated for its illness but their are many issues faced by hospitals which need to be tackled before creating it a safe space and healthy .

The main issues faced by the hospitals are lack of physicians for the checkup of patients and to do regular check up on them . Due to lack of physicians and doctors in a hospital the patients have to face a lot of waiting for the treatment .

The facilities are not proper in hospital like cleanliness and many safety measures etc are not up to date which results in a unhealthy categorisation of a hospital .

The community is unhealthy thatis day to day patients are increasing in number and due to unhealthy lifestyle and food consumed on a daily bases. The problems among the people are increasing.

The communication between the provider and the patient is poor as sometimes the patient might not be able to tell his problems which result in lack of communication.

Thus training of more physicians and recruitment of nurses and doctors should be done . The problem of communication can be solved through recruitment of supervisor nurses who can look after the patients and will be able to find the real causes which will improve the communication.

The cleanliness should be maintained by proper assigning duties to the cleanliness staff and recruiting more if required .

The unhealthy community problem can only be solved with a proper healthy life style and proper checkup every month or week which may result in the less problem within the community .
