Issues with Facebook- Are as following:

It was revealed that Cambridge Analytica got access to data from 87 million users profile that was later apologized by Facebook.
Facebook is facing security of data problem, people on Facebook, complaint about misusing their personal information.
From couple of years, It is facing ad load saturation in news feed.
People on Facebook are facing data sharing problem, So they do not want to delete the account on FB but they are no more using for security purpose.
There is a big decline of Facebook users in Europe.
Facebook's share went down due to these news and it lost much of its market capitalization.

Conclusion- Facebook is rebuilding the trust in people, it has to issue new privacy policies to its users in Europe and also made some significant changes.
