Networking is an important element of an organization and it's is something which we do every day through sharing information. Networking can be done in two ways:
1. External networking
2. Internal networking
External networking enables us to improve our relationship with entities and organizations outside our team or firm thereby increasing our productivity and increasing our knowledge, skills, and experience.
Internal networking is something that is done Commonly within a team or firm. It enables us to understand the ability of employees and also helps in sharing information with each other. Good internal networking enables us to create great ideas.
Networking plays a vital role within and outside organizations. Good networking helps us to maintain good and effective relationship within and outside and good networking enables to reduce employee turnover as there is a feeling of oneness or belongingness. So we can say networking is important for within and across the teams.
