Please explain sitting on a chair and standing up on how biomechanically the following phases work

Squating down -
Sitting down-
Standing up-
How does sitting on a chair and standing up work Mechanical and Anatomical? ( use anatomy)
Biomechanics can be defined as the study of the mechanics of the
living body. This is related to the force that is exerted by the
muscles and gravity on the skeleton structure. Biomechanics is the
study and function in which different mechanical aspect of the body
is studied. These are also referred to as the study of human
movement including the interaction of sport and athlete as well as
equipment. This deals with the locomotion system in which the
musculoskeletal system is engaged to perform a certain kind of
movement and work.
1. In terms of biomechanics, the standing position is the structure
or position in which change in one joint alignment is observed that
required in knee flexion and extension. This is a kind of movement
coordination in which human beings bend down towards the transverse
plane.
2. Squatting down the body posture in which individual display
ample mobility and joint range of motion. This helps the people who
safely perform squat with the full range of motion. An upright
position with arms represents the variation in body motion.
3. Sitting posture in biomechanics represents the weight transfer
in different positions. As compared to the other body structure
sitting decreases the lumbar lordosis and hence the back muscle
activity or disc pressure is observed.
4. Standing up posture changes the alignment of the joint which
also requires frequent changes in the joint. This is related to
posture and movement of coordination.
Sitting on a chair and standing up mechanically and anatomically
are the position in which the movement is observed in the desirable
condition. This involves training all around while sitting,
walking, and lying in a different position. Different type of
transition from sitting and standing is observed including stand up
straight and lying down on the feet.
