Six Sigma analyses can be used for production as well as service and it is based on various statistical analyses. Six-sigma is best quality management tool which ensures the quality through best quality management tools makes the companies to succeed in their business and stay ahead of their competitors. By giving quality product or services the companies can develop a trust into customers about its brand and customers become loyal customers for the company and this loyalty pays in long term and gives the company a competitive advantage over its competitors. Six-sigma tries to focus on identify quality issues at the source for achieving near to perfect quality and this approach is new with six sigma compared to other quality management programs.
