Write about Doordash's Value Chain.
Doordash is an innovative idea of delivering on demand food to customers by being the delivery partners to so many restaurants across various cities.
* For Doordash, the challenging part was to find the restaurants which provide on demand services, after which it was easy to serve it on the plate for the food lovers across the cities.
* There was a lot of competition in the food industry, however there were very few options who were serving out of the menu, and that too completely on customer demand and expectations. This is what Doordash capitalized on and became successful.
* Once they found the idea, they started spreading the word amongst consumers, that they no longer had to only order from a menu, rather they can design and demand their own meal.
* This was not just a perfect marketing plan, but also something unique to offer.
* This gave an opportunity to struggling restaurants as well, to get orders only based on skills and connect with the customers.
To increase its profits, Doordash hired it';s own drivers, and also the delivery times were very less as compared to other competitors.
* Moreover, the delivery charges were also very less, as compared to others.
** Doordash also gave an opportunity for people to work as part time delivery guys, who were working on very less shares as compared to full time delivery people.
