Meat is most commonly consumed by humans. Meat can get from
goat,hen, cow, buffalo,pig, sheep etc Two type of meat are there.
One is red meat and other is white meat. Red meat can seen in cow
and sheep which have narrow meat fibre and red in colour due to
presence of myoglobin.White meat cannot have myoglobin that's why
they appear as white in colour.white meat have broad meat fibre can
seen in chicken.
