some countries rich with high per capita income and some countries poor with low per capita income due to several reason like level of social and economic development. that is dependent on physical, economic, environmental economical, social and political factors. some countries are have good land scape, good climate and other are having hostile or difficult landscape this can make development more difficult. some countries have very high levels of debt. against they have to pay interest and repayments of principle amount and there is very little left over for infrastructure development. some of countries are having environmental issues which can prevent them from developing than those having good environmental condition, green forest and eco friendly atmosphere. some countries have low levels of education, poor water quality or a lack of facilities and services for public and comparison to rich countries where level of education and other facilities including economical and social infrastructure is good. some countries are at war or the government may be corrupt. Therefore money does not reach the people who need it most and spending on areas such as education and infrastructure may be insufficient. some countries have an abundance of raw materials such as oil or precious minerals in comparison to countries where less resources would be noticed. All these factors contribute that some of countries are rich with high per capita income and some countries poor with Low per capita income.
