Inertia affects all objects and all of the object have some amount of mass present.Mass of an object's determine how matter will be exist inside the object. The larger mass will be present more Inertia will be present. So we can say that heavy object have larger inertia compare to the lighter object because it is the mass dependent quantity. While the weight of an object has to do with the amount of gravity that is being pulled down upon it so we can say that weight is totally depend on acting gravity.Muscles are connected to bones .when a muscles contracts it produces movement of the body and around the joint which are connected to the whole part of the body. It's also supports the body and increase the stability that's why bone and muscle are very vital play to the inertia property inertia is basically applied when force is exerting.
