The biggest advantage of Amazon is that they sold unlimited products at lower prices than retail stores. Amazon has many products in several fields such as clothing, beauty, books and many more. Customers will able to shop online at his/her convenience time from their home itself. Customer can select and purchase the product within few minutes. People can able to check the review given by previous customer before they purchase the product.

Brick and motor retails stores can blend best aspects of online shopping and in store and they prioritize their service for not only for sales but also for social commerce. Biggest advantage is its service center.
