The essential service workers are the ones that are working towards the services that are essential for human livelihood. Such services include grocery, daily essentials, medical supplies, healthcare facilities among others. The workers who work in the spectrum of these services are known to be the workers in essential services spectrum.

There can be numerous issues that essential service providers can face, this includes the permissions to operate in certain areas where there is an emergency, handling the people who may just be in turmoil due to lockdown restrictions because of certain issues. Hence, the issues regarding the essential workers are important to tackle because they are directly dealing with the services that will be beneficial for the livelihood of the people. There can also be disputes regarding the remuneration provided to these workers because they are working in the time potentially dangerous to their lives and hence it is necessary that we must look into such issues and resolve them as soon as possible.

The disputes in the public sector are usually satisfied or resolved by choosing to go through the hierarchy of the organization and put forward the issues or disputes in front of the decision making authority. It is because of the hierarchical structure of the public sector the resolving of disputes takes place at higher levels of management of the public sector. The issues can be analyzed and appropriate solution the will be floated to all the public sector workers and that solution will then be applied to all the essential workers to ensure there is no further dispute in the operations of the essential service workers.

Hence, this is how the essential service workers' disputes are resolved in the public sector.
