Thyroxin level and RBC count should be monitored if the patient had fatigue and loe energy level.
Low energy and tried are signs of anemia or hypothyroidism. So we shpould adviced to test the RBC count and thyroxine level. Anemia is the condition due to decreased hemoglobin level in blood. It can be demonstrated by RBC count testing. Because RBC carries hemoglobin. Thyroxine is the hormone secreted by the thyroid gland which had important function in body metabolic activities.
Acetylcholine and serotonin are neurotransmitters it had diffrent functions in body such as mood changes, muscle activity etc.
Mainly cholesterol level in body is monitored to identify the patient had any signs of hyperlipidemia or to assess the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Growth hormone and prolactin test is indicated if any growth retardation or problems in the milk production occurs.
