Answer 1) In my opinion, I will chose Jury trail because in Jury trial there will be a panel of 12 individuals who will be looking into the case. All these jurors will have their own view to the case and hence the judgment will be more accurate as compared to the judge trial.

Answer 2) Jury selection process and individual chosen.

Every nation has a different process of selecting jury panel for the trails. This is done in two steps:

  1. Individuals are selected randomly first by the state or the federal district. They have the list of legal voters, or driving license individual and then they select the individuals randomly from the list.
  2. Secondly, after the selection of individuals, they narrow down the selection to 12 people. Normally, the judge or the attorney will interview the individuals for final selection to be in panel. Also the background of the individuals plays an important role here for selection.

Answer3) Yes, in such cases they can appeal for verdict, in such cases either the judge will declare the verdict or the new jury will be appointed to have the trail
