Round Tires Association promotion is based on seniority and not on training and development he had because the company actually feels that its given promotions based on the seniority can I actually get to oo employee harmony among organisation which gives no scope for favouritism or favouring certain individuals or nepotism etc. In this regard, this process can enable the lower level employees to deal with most of the consumers and as a result of this, we could actually understand how the process goes on and what are the necessary skills required to develop yourself as an individual in the organisation and contribute to the growth of it. However, it can be seen that this approach might not be fruitful always because at times you should also see the efficiency of the person and not the seniority and it is not always that a senior can have high efficiency in decision making and that is the reason why it would be better if the organisation follows a hybrid approach which involves both seniority based promotion as well as skill based promotion.
