Marbury, McCulloch v. Maryland, Dartmouth College v. Woodward, and Gibbons vs. Ogen.

Discuss the democratic revolution that was to culminate during the presidency of Andrew Jackson. Also discuss his contributions to the development of the federal government and demonstrate his view of the presidency by using Jackson's attack on the Second Bank of the United States. ANS) According to the 1789 judiciary act ,this meant that to initiate the judicial court in the US(United States) and one of the article in the constitution has initiated a Supreme court.The John Marshall played a good role in the federal court system,he was the fourth US chief judge and he stayed for a long time as cheif justice and he influenced a lot and before joining has a cheif justice he was a United States secretary.

-- In 1801 marshall joined supreme court and in a short time he became the key figure in court due to his own influence with another justices.Due to his influence the court escaped from seriatim opinions,other than releasing a one majority opinion that explained one clear rule.The first case he appeared was of Marbury.V.Madison.The marshall confirm the rule of judicial review,were the whole court want to stike down state laws and also the federal laws rather than they had been in conflict with the constitution.The Marshall had also avoided the conflict with the other branches which was under the control of the president Thomas Jefferson.So through this the Marshall had helped to bind the rank or position of American Judiciary as not dependent on others and also almost equal to the government.

-- The sectonal competition started like a Era Of Good Feelings.And what happens now is that the people in the south are irritated with the manufacturers in the north.The irritation in the south had made in a large level.After that the south Carolina has planned to leave the union because they are not able to agree some of the federal laws.The westerners and southerners saw the second bank as a equipment for forming northerners and easterners high at the expense of all other country .due to his personality the jackson had get his route in the nullification battle and he won again when he rejected the authority of the National bank and these regional crack will always be bad over time.
