Which approach might work better for a business analytics project and why?

First of all my business analytics approach is to identify the shareholders and project sponsor and I will ultimately answer of all these. Suppose in the case of new project I will establish project charter and it includes shareholders , time limit and nature. After then i will work with the business stakeholders to identify high level of business need and then understand the need of business requirements. Understanding the business need I will do all the activities like review the research paper, survey report and conduct the interview. I will prepare a presentation of all the activities related to the project and discuss with the project manager to implement these process on priority basis. I will analysed all the data and details related to the business need and planning of working draft. Role of the project manager very much crucial while analysing the business. Effective implementation and success of project depending on analysis of project with considering all the factors related to project.
