1)You work in a senior citizen center. A new senior wants to join. He is 62 and is thinking of retiring. He wonders if he'lll get the same amount for social security if he retires now, or if he waits until he's 70 years old. What would you tell him?

2)You are working in an after-school program. One of your colleagues is so tired of working! He's been at the agency for 6 months, full time and he hates his job. He tell you, "I'm just gonna start coming in late, and messing up at my job so they'll fire me. And then I can collect umemployment!"

What would you tell him?


3)Your client has a job at Whole Foods. She works in the kitchen and was burned while cooking. She can't go to work for six weeks.

1. a. Social security is a facet considered in getting retired peacefully and joyfully as well. There are chages in case of new socail security retirement beneficieries. Age for retirement is 66 year sand 2 months.

b. The permenantly reduced retirement benefits are to be enjoyed when these citizens turned 62 years old in 2017. There fore the senior citizen should be worryless as he/ she will get fully benefitted.

2. a. I will try to persuade the co- worker in the best possible manner- The very first thing to be kept in the mind when we work is a Khalil Gibran Quote- "WORK IS LOVE MADE VISIBLE."

b. Tasks to be accomplished cannot be hated at all.

c. Switching a job, that too in a small span of six months is not at all a wise decision. How many workplaces an employee will change? It's better to cultivate a comprehension of the job and be pro- active.

3. a. Whole Foods has created its brand name in the United stated as well as globally.

b. The organization has been very transparent and with ethical way of functioning.

c. The client working in the kitchen for Whole Foods burned while cooking. Hence she will be fully compensated monetarily and will be permitted for paid leaves.
