Consumer Protection Law : The consumer protection law is the law which protects the consumers from the miscommercial acts of the shopkeepers, retails, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, trader etc. The consumer Protection act / law develops the frameworks which helps and protects the interest of consumers during the commercial sale or purchase of the goods or services.  

Consumer Protection Law in UAE: The consumer protection act/Law in UAE is the legal law or act which protects the rights and interests of the people of UAE as consumers in their local purchase of goods or services for the general or special needs. The material defect and physical damages are generally falls under the category of manufacturer or producer, as manufacturer or producer needs to ensure that they provide the material of the product to meet the operational conditions of the products. Thus consumer act can help the consumer to protect their interest based on the above stated laws/acts and the warranty terms and service conditions as per the agreements of the consumer and the businesses
