Insomnia is the condition in which the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep at night resulting in unfreshing sleep.Some of the people were wae up in the middle of night and stay awake till the morning and it can be determined by if spending in eighthours a night in a bed,if it feel drowsy and fatigued during the day it may experiencing insomnia.It is the most common sleep complaint.The advantages of this condition insomnia can be cured with changes that can make our own by making simple changes to daily habits and sleep environment ,can put a stop to the frustation of insomnia and finally arrive at good sleep.

Answer is a) offer a wet wash cloth for the client to wash her face because these activities provide relaxation to skin and distraction and prepare mind and body for sleep.This is the relaxing activities which will promote the avoidance of insomnia condition.The other methods such as prepare a hot cocoa or tea must be avoided because having these coffee,tea,,chocolates which contain caffeine that stimulate the nervous system.This may interfere with the patient ability to relax and fall asleep.Educate the patient to avoid heavy meals and avoid large amount of fluid intake before bedtime that will refrain the patient from going to bathroom in between sleep that will cause insomnia.Exercise can also booster sleep due to reduction of stress and tiredness.The exercise elevate the body temperature after 30 to 90 minutes the core body temperature begin to falls and the decline helps to facilitate sleepiness.

So always stay active and keep the bed time and wake time consistent from day to day always check the medication,these are the tips to stop insomnia.
