Control the unethical and illegal behavior of its employees

1)create policy and practice = organization must research developed and document policy and process around defined identified and reporting ethics violation. These policy should be articulate in the employees handbook and protection should put in the place those rise ethical issue.

2) developed people understanding = most HR professional will tell you that training people to act ethical will not have much of an impact but developing a process for reporting ethics violation and buildings staff's understanding about ethics

3) put control in place = risk management professional will tell you that even with all the proper policy and process in place and a staff that understand them it is also wise to perfrom regular audit to help reduce opportunities to act unethical.

4)leadership must walk the talk = leader can talk about the importance of policy and process incentive communication and openness all day, but if they trun arround and act unethical it can be like to throwing a large stone into the pound ethics tranquility.
