1. The most possible diagnosis for this condition could be the ectopic pregnancy (fertilized implants develops outside the uterus) due to the ovarian corpus luteum cyst causing abdominal pain and vaginal spotting.
2.The diagnosis can be confirmed by the transvaginal and transvaginal ultrasound and look for persistence of cyst or adnexal mass and the position of gestational sac .
3. This disease can be treated in three different ways - by medications ,laparoscopic surgery and abdominal surgery. The methotrexate medicine works in treating ectopic pregnancy if vaginal bleeding is less, as it stops the cyst growth and clear out the existing cells. The laparoscopic surgery to treat this condition named as salpingostomy(removal of ectopic pregnancy) and salpingectomy (removal of ectopic pregnancy and tube). In emergency surgery can be done to stop the heavy bleeding by removing the ruptured tube and fallopian tube can be saved.
4.The common outcome of the disease is miscarriage or breakdown of the fertilized egg in most of the cases.
