We are live in a digital era same like any equipments in the world medical equipments also has very advanced level of changes has been noticed .previously equipments were very complicated and it was very difficult to use nowadays the equipments are very sophisticated and easy to use for any persons. for example previously in NIBP machines are came with Mercury monitoring system and now a days digitalised and anyone can use in the home Layman can use . different types of equipments available in the market small types digital monitors to multiple level monitors that we are used in the hospital. SPO2 machines are also coming with different types fingerstick simpe portable fingerstick types to multiple level monitor that we are used in the hospital this finger types used in a persons who have respiratory problems the so have saturation no problem and they can monitor the values in a digital screen .ECG machine are previously came with without monitor we have to take the printout to read the ECG values New machines are coming with monitors so before taking the print out we can see the rhythm and we can analyse what is the case and so it is very advanced level and we can take the print out for the further reference this machine is also has a great development and this machine is also coming with multilevel monitor that is a continuous ECG reading that we can analyse in the monitor along with other parameters like BP ,Spo2 etc
