Social class is one of the most important things in any society through which they are stratified. This is based on the wealth one holds and this would mean that all the treatment that one gets in the society would depend on what social class one belongs to. Most of the time, few people would constitute the high social class since they would control more wealth.

Social class would open opportunities to the few who are at the top and they would easily overcome the barriers lying in front of them because people’s experience and exposure in the society would depend on one’s social class. This would mean the attitudes, worldview and behaviours of people would depend on the social class they belong to. While the upper-class women would have access to education, employment and political affiliation, women in the lower social class would struggle hard to find their ways through. The health and lifestyle of people would also depend on their social standing.
