Assume that you are 70-80 year old who has lived a full life as a social worker. At the present time one of your grandchildren is facing a difficult decision pertaining to an agency or organization that they are affiliated with and is looking to you for guidance. You will also have to make several assumptions of how your life has developed over the years. Then, based on the information that you’ve learned during the course of the semester, including such topics as theories, development, biological issues, social considerations, and environmental considerations, write a letter to your grandchild specifically addressing the organizational decision he/she is dealing with, incorporating the appropriate information. The letter should include at least the following information:

Clearly identify the decision/issue using a biopsychosocial framework.
Discuss the developmental issues involved (i.e. where is he/she in the developmental process and how would this influence his/her decision making).
