Healthy body weight is defined as the ideal weiight of a body. There is no one ideal healthy weight for eavery person , it differs because of various different factors like age, height, sex, body shape, muscle fat ratio etc.

Healthy is weight is the perfect weight for a person to stay fit . Having excess weight can a person by increasing the risk of developing various health issues like diabetes,obesity , high blood pressure , heart attack etc.

BMI (BODY MASS INDEX ) is a common tool for deciding whether a person has an appropriate body weight and it is calculated with respect to height. If the BMI is 18.5-24.9 the person has a normal weight.

According to the society , high body weight of an individual leads to social rejection and various other issues. People with lean and slim body are often appreciated and more readily accepted rather than a person whose body is heavy . Higher Body weight leads to increase self conciousness , lower self esteem and also increase in stress.

Individuals with high body weight are often stigmatized as lazy.They often have to face widespread discrimination too.

Ways people can accept their body and healthy habits :

  • love yourself. Be greatful for the body you have.
  • Accept yourself first, then only others will love you .
  • Try tealting youself as your friend .
  • Don't cut on large group of food . Rather, eat lots of vegetables and fruits , proteins and nuts .
  • Surround yourself with positive people or people who are fighting strong for the same.
  • induge your self into healthy happening activities like dancing,any kind of sports ets.
  • unfollow any social thing that triggers you and demotivates you.
