There is one common answer that is to increase TRP, to be the popular channel amongst all news channel, to win the awards. In addition there is no happening news hence the propoganda is the only way. While doing all this it is also necessary to be popular in the group of higher class or any niche class. This sometimes includes showcasing problems of niche class, or caste or any people who are ignored living on this earth. This may include some parts of African region, or any such region. Besides news channel also serve as the medium of news and the source of entertainment these days.

I guess, the nationalised news channel which held by government, including nationalised radio news channel show the less bias information, though their way of showcasing information is simple but still it is less or non biased. These channels would not only show right information and would not do any propoganda or any campaigning. There some internet websites also are dedicated to plain news
