In order to evaluate the consumer journey, it can be mentioned that consumer journey can be evaluated under three categories where the first category is actually the entry stage or discovery stage where I will actually get to search for the product I actually required across various channels both online and offline and understand properly what is the product that I am actually looking for and whether the products available will actually get to suit my demand or not on the whole. the second stage is the shopping process where I will actually finalize all the alternative source of my choice and come to a decision of what should I get to purchase on the whole and this process takes lot of time for me as customer satisfaction is something that is quite important during my buying process after that I would offer check out and payment details so that I would actually choose ok refer smooth payment process without any hassle and this stage is also quite important for me during my entire shopping experience.
