Ethics are the most important traits of a person’s character. These are the combination of different principles that are upheld by the individuals while taking a day to day decisions and performing daily actions. These are mainly a combination of various moral principles. The behavior and conduct of an individual are greatly affected and guided by the moral values possessed by him or her. Ethical behavior can be seen as the ones which are characterized as good or right in comparison to the bad or incorrect behavior on certain occasions.
The question that how ethics can be learned has the answer that the learning of the ethical values starts from childhood and this activity is mainly carried out by the parents, teachers, and relatives with whom the kid is in contact. Once the person starts moving out of his family and starts to interact with society, the members of the society also teach him or her some sort of ethical values. Office, college, university, different types of opinion leaders, and so on all play a major role in the development of the ethical standard of the person.
Apart from this, there are a number of courses and training programs that are also operated to impart the high standards of ethical behavior or conduct. It is quite easy to teach ethics but the biggest issue can be seen when the person is asked to learn it. The learning heavily depends on the nature and character of the person who is trying to learn it. The person cam learn ethics at any point in time of the life, but the manner in which he or she is brought up will determine the manner in which he or she will learn these ethics, the extent to which it can be grasped and implemented.
The person with true integrity will have the following traits=
The person will be humble, and genuine
They will give the credit to the work of others
They will respect the opinion, suggestions, and views of others
They trust and support others
They have a high value of ethics
