Using date to enhance the overall hiring process is a very beneficial task for an organisation. Probably fixing date for hiring as well as forecasting availability of the hiring position in the organisation is very beneficial. Favouring family members while hiring for the organisation should not be done by any means and it could be avoided by using proper scheduling and by using dates. Call better understand structure of the organisation as well as the recruitment process, dating a very necessary as it provides an extensive support to the overall hiring and transparent working structure with which proper interviews could be arranged inside your organisation.
