OBESITY

In general term we can define obesity as a condition of excessive fat in body. Obesity has a wide range of negative effects on human body. It is a medical condition. Due to obesity people can suffer from many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, arthritis, heart diseases and in some conditions cancers also. Obesity can cause some mental issues as well. People with heavy body weight observe themselves, ugly , and useless which lead to inferior feelings.

Obesity has some genetic, behavioral and hormonal causes but in most cases lack of activity leads to obesity. When a person consume more calories and burn comparatively less calories then the person become obese. Obesity leads to many health hazards. Persons with all age are at risk from obesity. But when we see the data males at reproductive age Worldwide are at higher risk because of obesity. The number of obese males at reproductive age are increasing rapidly. Obesity affects their reproductive health which leads to infertility in males worldwide. Inferlity is a big concern for males worldwide. Nowadays males at reproductive age are leading a inactive life because of this they lack in a healthy married life. They are busy in their computer rooms and business. In today's world everyone's lifestyle has changed a lot. Their biological clock has changed a lot , eating patterns and many things have changed, which leads to accumulating of body fat. We can see the impact of males infertility worldwide. Home environment, office environment, social life and everything have tension and stress because of the infertility and reproductive health related issues.

Apart from males at reproductive age females at reproductive age are also at higher risk worldwide. Nowadays we can see everyone's lifestyle has changed and people choose an inactive life. They want easy life and everything at ease. They want everything in their lives without hard work. Females at reproductive age choose better career and good earning  at any cost. Sitting based office environment leads to obesity in females as well. After crossing the age of 35 females choose to become mother. Eating fast foods, less excercise leads to obesity in females worldwide. Obesity affects their reproductive health which could result in infertility and other related issues in females worldwide.

Males and females at reproductive age are at higher risk because of obesity and overweight. Both populations at reproductive age are responsible for better tomorrow worldwide. But they are suffering of obesity which result in lack of healthy reproductive life. With the help of many technologies they become parents but their offspring also suffer from some health related concerns. In other words we can say that the future is also not healthy nowadays worldwide because of obesity and overweight. We can see the negative impact of obesity and overweight in every field. So the need is to lead an active life which can come up with healthy generations.
