Internal alignment refers to connection between various skills, jobs and competencies within an organization. If influences both the employer as well as employees. Now a days competition is very high in the market. Competition is not only within the country but due to globalization competition is coming from the global companies as well. Hence it is very important for the companies to have right person with right skills and competencies o that he o she can bring value to the company. The pay structure for the employees should support the company’s strategy. Further it should support the work floe and the employees should be motivated toward the organizational goals with it. That is why it is very vital for both he parties. On the strategic level the company has to analyze the total compensation implications and should insure that the companies; policy decisions best suit the strategy. If there is any deviation the company should fix it.
