The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is software based solution to manage and record all activities related to Marketing, Finance and Operations. This is mostly cloud based solution so it can accept all variety of operations. The records like costumer contact, project opportunities, project leads, management resources, cases for every activities etc can be stored. This software is having facilities to integrate with third party software also. With the CRM, we can easily find out our success and failures. For example, this if you have failed to grab the opportunity, you have to mention this as ‘Opportunity lost’ with putting you effort in dollars and Time.
