Bribery & Corruption is quite common issues in every country or every state and it has spread like a Virus everywhere. It is not easy to minimise Bribery & corruption without the support of law and order and the common public. Especially in the Human Recruiting industry it is very easy. To minimise the Bribe or corruption below measures needs to be taken by the management.

  1. Ensure that recruitment process is Robust and the person who gets recruited should have the capability to handle the job for what he is hired for

  2. Awareness has to be brought amongst the people who are in the recruitment team on to be very transparent in the process of recruitment

  3. People should be made aware of the consequence of Bribe and corruption and found guilty

  4. Each recruitment has to be brought to the Top Leadership to ensure that every recruitment is valid and there was no Bribe or corruption

  5. Often a session should be conducted with the people who are in recruitment to bring awareness to be transparent and measures to be followed during recruitment

  6. Also people should be explained on the importance of appropriate Recruitment

There are many positives and negatives of an appropriate Recruitment

Positives

  1. The appropriate Recruitment leads to better work and customer satisfaction for better delivery of service. This can bring better profitability to the firm and the stakeholders will be happy about it

  2. A good Recruitment leads to a better performing team and when there is a better performing team, people do not quit the firm and it leads to reduction in the cost they spend on recruitment

  3. This will build the good brand image in the outside market and be ahead of other competitors. The stakeholders will feel happy if the company really performs well in the market.

Negatives

  1. If the recruitment is not fine, there are chances that employees would not be able to perform better in the organization and there are chances that clients may not be happy. This will also lead to stakeholders not being happy

  2. The reputation of the organization may come down if the company is not performing well in the market and stake holders may lose interest in the company

  3. No stakeholder would like to be a part if the company is not strict when it comes to recruitment and selection process
