Any country is not self-sufficient in terms of the resources, goods or services. So they go for international business Other motive is expansion of business in other parts of the world for profit maximisation so that variety of products are available to the consumers. In order to run the business every business group has to follow ethics which is a set of norms or rules But there are situations where ethics or the code of conduct is not followed Corruption is prevalent in present scenario It is the situation where code of Conduct is not followed and unfair means are adopted to be successful in business. Bribery is also seen for geeting work done before the prescribed time. A higher level of corruption is prevalent in African nations, Myanmar, Russia and Afghanistan It was found that reputed companies like Siemens was ready to pay 1.34 billion euros in 2008 as a fine of practicing bribery for getting Contracts. It had to pay fine to American and European authorities. It has been observed that more than 20 countries are involved in paying petty bribes It includes countries like chile, Colombia, Kenya, Russia, Poland Nigeria and many more. There was a case of Australian and Chinese employee of Rio Tinto which was an international mining company. It accepted that it has taken bribe in 2010 trial in shanghai on charges of stealing trade secrets and was given jail imprisonment

International business generally consider corruption an essential part of their business because of market competition, public officials, export rules and many more. In order to survive in the business, it becomes essential to pay bribes if offered. sometimes faulty building are constructed by paying bribes to those officers whi came for checking bribes

The concept of e-business and cybercity has became very popular these days. Online shopping is one of the example which has make selling and purchasing very easy. Sites like Amazon, flipcart has been gaining popularity day by day. Cyber law is made to protect all these from theft protecting the rights, privacy. Cyber crime is very popular these days. Computer is uses as a target for theft, fraud, mischief through Internet In countries like India, people are adopting e-commerce. They go for online shopping but all are not following online payment mode. Payment of money at door also increases criminal activity. Bank security system is also on the target of cyber criminals. There are some sites where payment is first made and goods are not delivered. In India, cyber crimes are registered under IT act and Indian Penal code.

The best way to avoid these things is to faith only trusted sites, never save bank details on website don't trust lottery winning scheme, change password regularly.There has to be strong law from government to take corrective actions as well.
