However this is something that you had not anticipated the need or planned for in your budget. •Research some new technologies and choose one that you would like to implement in your department to improve communication. I would like to emplement Forum discussion to improve communication because this is the most effective way for both team members and director to express their opinions and views face to face .Also they can solve their quries directly.They can make stretegies and business polanes effectively.
