Case Study: The subway is expected to run the whole length of Manhattan. It will eventually connect with the already existing subway, East Side subway. The second avenue subway will also connect with the railroad at the 125th street in the north and run to the southern side to reach the financial district. However, phase one of the project was opened for the public in January 2017. There is a plan to include 16 new underground stations in the subway. These substations will be built using tunnels and cut-and- excavations. This project will occur below and maybe in some of the highly populated urban infrastructures in the world.
Question: Design a detailed agenda for a Kick Off meeting for above case study?
To design a detailed plan for a kickoff meeting, plan about the program to include 16 new underground stations in the subway. We have to identify the stakeholders for this project's approval to build 16 new underground substations in the tube.
The scope of the building 16 substations to connect the other subway routes to meet the financial districts and another district of Manhattan.
Discuss the project's goals, which helps citizens for fastly and easily journey to other districts of Manhattan. Statement of work, working structure, and governance plans are included in deliverables of projects, create the project schedule and required time to build these substations, and distribute the task in the cluster form to every project team. It understands the risk factors such as project will occur below and maybe in some highly populated urban infrastructures.
This detailed agenda will help kick off the meeting for the above case of building substations in the subway.
