1. Need analysis is a tool for designing a curriculum.Need analysis and evaluation helps us to ensure that learning in an organization is focussed in the right area and on right people. The purpose of this exercise to make sure to establish key learning outcomes and requirements in the design and delivery of a course. The need analysis seeks to match the proposed techniques and materials to match these needs and thus figure out that whether the design is befitting to the intended goals.
2. The components of a needs analysis are as follows--
