An ethical dilemma or ethical paradox is a decision-making problem between two possible moral options, none of them are acceptable or preferable. The complexity came out of the situation, which enforces one to obey and the result would be transgressing another.

a)In the given situation, it is a pure business ethical dilemma, where a person has to choose between a moral and an immoral act. In the end, workers will likely face many dilemmas in their careers.in this context, the newly join employee came to know about the unethical behavior of the manager. his dilemma is if he supports the manager then he will betray the company and if he reveals the act of manager he may not get a promotion.

b) if I will be there in the place of Fawad then I have to take decisions selflessly. I have to handle the situation a little trick fully. because my position in that company is very new compared to the manager.so I should have to very careful when I sm going to deal with manager. As I am also working in the company so it is my moral responsibility to keep the company safe from any kind of misfortune. it will be more helpful if I will collect some proof of my observation and then if I can reach the higher authority I can provide them the proof. but in all these processes I should be careful about each and every activity of that manager as he might be plot a scene against me to save himself.

c) the first ethical dilemma faced in my life is at school when my friend had done cheating in the test, sitting front to me. As a friend I could not inform this to authority, because of the fear, she may be disqualified from the exam.

2nd case is when my project been presented by my colleague by putting his name instead of mine because he is having good terms with authority so even if I tell the authority about the reality no one is going to believe me. so that puts me in a dilemma. how to deal with this type of situation?
