Befor ebuying a new car, It is advisable to always think smartly and assess each factor properly. Befor making a decision one consults a umber of indiviuals.

  • Salesman: The information provided by the agents is always suspicious, and any person would give it the least level of trust. They usually provide exaggerated information, and it is impractical to do business with them as they are doing their job. There salary is decided by the amount of business they provide. So, trusting them is diffiuclt.
  • Dealer’s website: Here a person can choose to trust the site or not to depend on how well the website is known for doing the car selling business. Some of the websites want to make super huge commissions from the clients. They will obviously provide all the best features of their product. So, trust level is again very low.
  • Social Media: This is where the degree of trust is lowest. The people selling items in the social media are only concerned about selling the item and in most instances the information is also exaggerated.
  • Friends and associate: The information provided by people someone knows can always be trusted. Friends and Associates are less likely to give false information.

Key factors: There are two primary factors that can make an individual choose to trust a source or not regarding information provided, which are as follows:

  • experience and
  • the relationship with the source.
