If your relationship problems start creating problems in your studies and work then you should work out on your problems.

In any relation, there are some very important things that are a sign of healthy relationship -

1. Trust - two people in relationship must have trust on each other other wise there will be no meaning in having relation with other person.

2. Honesty - no matter what you should try to remain as much honest as possible.

3. Happiness - if your partner has all the good qualities but somehow they do not make you happy then that relation ship is not meant to be.

Every person comes into a relationship whether it is with your girlfriend or with your friend, fulfill the life and to be happy and that can only be possible when you trust each other and honest with each other & most importantly want to be with each other.

If your girlfriend has trust issues then either you should break up if the things aren't working out or for better discuss with each other if you want to be with each other and try to make things work out. Address why she is feeling that way, clear her doubts and give her time even then she doesn't trust you then end you relation rather than hurting each other.
