Recruitment is an important aspect of business and each and every organization generally possess a structure or a process by which they recruit employees based on their requirement and needs. As it can be stated that an organization possess every right to know the details about an employee regarding the skill set that the employee possess and will the employee be a fit for the organization or not similarly ven the employee also has the right to know about the organization and will it be fit for the individual or not. There is no harm to ask questions in the interview to the HR who is conducting the interview because the applicant needs to know if the organization fits into their requirements just like the organization needs to know.

The interview as the name suggests is to view the internal; matter and that is true for both the employee and the employer. For example an employee is being interviewed by the HR regarding the educational background, work experience and skill set of the individual, once that is done the HR should ask the applicant if he or she has any questions regarding the organization and the applicant should take this opportunity to know the salary structure, organizational structure, scope to learn and personal development of the individual in the organization. It is better if the questions are asked after the HR has finished their round of questions. This what the actual objective of an interview is but this is the ideal situation, in real employees behave as if they just want a favor and there are very few instances when the individual asks. In fresher level hiring this is not at visible but in experienced hiring it may be applicant to some extent.
